This position is located downtown Stockholm and will serve the Naturkompaniet organization in Sweden with excellent consultative approach as a part of the Retail organization that we call Frilufts. You will report to the Swedish HR Business Partner.

What you’ll do

In the role of HR Coordinator at Naturkompaniet in Sweden and Norway, you are responsible for our overarching HR processes such as salary audits, policy updates, contract creation.

You will be the administrator and Key User for the Scheduling system Quinyx and for other HR-systems. You will, together with our Swedish HR Business Partner, create a HR team that works closely with each other.

Main tasks:

• Contact person in the People & Culture (HR) department for employees and managers on all questions relating to the employment relationship
• Administrative tasks within the operational personnel management from recruitment to exit

• Maintain personnel-related data (payroll, personal data, leave days, turnover rates, etc.)
• Working closely with other departments or functions (Payroll, Store Manager, Retail-Team etc.)
• Reporting KPI for the HR department according to specifications
• Participation in overarching HR projects and in the continuous optimization, harmonization and standardization of our HR processes

Who you are

We believe that you are an independent and flexible person who enjoys supporting managers and colleagues, as well as running your own projects. You are a careful and analytical person who does not mind personal responsibility while maintaining a solution-oriented approach to problems that may come across your path. You also likely have an ability to create structure in a fast changing environment and are comfortable with administering systems. 

  You also have:

• Excellent computer skills with experience with the Office package, especially Excel
• Education within personal/HR
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Project Management experience 

It is very advantageous if you have:

• Worked with scheduling before
• Norwegian as a second language
